introduction to cyanotype dyeing! 2 part course taking place september 19, and the following week on september 26.
part 1: we'll go over the process of cyanotype and get to know the materials. bring in any found objects, trinkets, or materials that you may like to use for printing. fabric will be provided!
additionally, we brainstorm any photos/drawings/artwork that you'd like to use for printing on garments in part 2.
part 2: clothing swap and dye! bring in any light colored cotton garment that can be traded with others. we will then customize our garments with the objects and/or designs brainstormed in the last session.
