











Experimental Stop Motion

In this 4-week course, we’ll go over the foundations of stop motion animation and claymation.
Together as a class, we will create a story board, build clay puppets, and make props out of found objects. The course will culminate with a collaborative film made together with all participants of the course.
No experience needed and all skill levels welcome :)
Andy Cepollina is an animator and ceramicist working in experimental animation, including stop motion, projection mapping, and digital 3D animation, utilizing a multitude of mediums. They graduated with a BFA in animation from Loyola Marymount University, and they continue to work with the university on large scale projection mapping projects.
